Asia Properties Incorporated Enjoys Excellent Results in Macau

Asia Properties Incorporated confirmed on February 3rd, 2010 that their Macau gambling revenue reached a record high in January 2010. Casino revenue totaled fourteen billion patacas (US$1.72 billion) during the month, a rise of sixty-five percent from a year earlier, according to the reports by the Portuguese-language Lusa News Agency.

The game of baccarat accounts for eighty-eight percent of total Macau casino winnings in the year to September 2009 and revenues are up by fifty-three percent this year. API's CEO Daniel McKinney said that he is very pleased to inform the API shareholders that their Macau VIP baccarat business earnings and profits have exceeded their expectations.

Asia Properties Inc. will be releasing their performance results for the last twelve months shortly. API announced on November 17th, 2010 that it finalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to acquire the 50.10 percent share of a Macau casino VIP club from Peak Winner Holdings Limited ("Peak Winner").

Peak Winner has a profit share interest in Sing Hou VIP Club ("Sing Hou"). Asia Properties Incorporated was founded to create resorts and prime real estate in Southeast Asia.
